Once a project starts there are two stages: the design stage and the completion stage. Each step of these stages are clearly outlined in the project details each client recieves prior. On the right Step 3 and 4 give a general outine of what each stage includes.





A step by step guide

The entire process from start to finish. Because we like things to be as clear and simple as possible


Step 1. Contact and questions
Contact us by online form or email to let our lovely designer, Katie Lane, know that you are interested in learning more about how Believe and Bloom can help your small online business endeavers. Katie will send you an extensive form to fill out. Read though it and fill it out thoughtfully.

Step 2. Sign and pay
When we receive the completed form we’ll write up a project price and complete project details. If you are happy with them and ready to proceed we will provide you with a contract and invoice. Your project will begin once the contract is signed and returned and the invoice is paid.

Step 3. Review and revise
This step varies a bit from client to client based on their projects. It usually consists of this: we design your drafts/proofs and you review them until you are completely happy. Clients - this step is also known as the design stage, please refer to the project details you’ve received from Step 2. for your personalized outline.

Step 4. Complete and test
This step also varies a bit from client to client based on their projects. It usually consists of this: we code, upload, and hand over your files and site.Then you get a few days to test it out and look for defalts before we call it a success. Clients - this step is also known as the completion stage, please refer to the project details you’ve received from Step 2. for your personalized outline.

Step 5. Portfolio and Maintenance
Once the project is completed we’ll add screen shots and details of it to our portfolio and ask that you write us up a short testimonial. We’ll continue to be here for your assistance at any time, including offering free maintenance for 6 months after going live. Clients see contract for details.
